Please be aware and do not rely on THIRD PARTY Incorrect information there are older leaflets, other websites and social media sources that often are outdated and incorrect on the information they hold about Black Rock which is out with our control, therefore please ALWAYS refer to our own website for the-most up to date information available.
We respectfully advise our customers that our doors normally open and close on the times stated, they are automatic, particularly important to note for darker months keep a torch with you in the darker months, the shop and path lights will go on and off at the closing and opening times stated.
All Pre orders for click n collect and delivery services are only accepted in writing we do not accept telephone orders.
We usually have a large stock on the premises to choose from at any one time, however to avoid disappointment if you want to make sure specific dishes are available or want large quantities (i.e over 15 units in total) or (more than 4 of any one flavour) at a time that you pre order for collection or delivery ( if applicable) in advance allowing min of 7 days notice. if you can advise when making your pre order when you would like to collect we will do our best to accommodate
After placing your order for pre collection we will send an order confirmation with details of when your order will be ready. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order you can cancel at any time prior to collection. please note pre orders will be frozen unless otherwise stated.
