Very rich, curry made from the rougher cuts of Mutton, rich with slow cooked mutton and stock, made to traditional rustic recipe , hot with green chillies.  Usually served with bones in, however we use the bones to make the curry and then remove them afterwords, (sometimes available with goat meat (with bones in) when available ask in store. Will state meat type on carton, very RUSTIC dish.
